1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using Young Call Girl ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify your age and suspend accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, messages, and other content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the App.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Post sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share another person's private information without consent (doxxing)
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited promotional content
• Record or distribute video/audio calls without all participants' consent

6. Blocking & Reporting

The App provides tools to block other users and report violations. We review all reports and may take action including content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to disclose the outcome of a report to the reporting party.

7. Communication & Video Calls

Video and audio calls are peer-to-peer where possible. Call signaling data passes through our servers, but media streams are direct between participants. We do not record or monitor calls. Chat messages are stored on our servers to enable message history and notifications.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, reliability, or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also access applicable consumer protection mechanisms in your country.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Cloudinary, Sentry). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with changes, you must stop using the App.
